How to Adjust the Collar

The collar measures approximately 50 cm / 19.7 inches, including the switch section.

1. Measure your dog’s neck carefully.
2. Allow enough room for a comfortable fit.
3. Identify the section of the flexible tube that can be safely trimmed.
4. Remove only a small amount at a time using scissors.
5. Reconnect the collar and check the fit before use.
6. Make sure you can comfortably place two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.

Important: Do not cut through the switch, charging port, illuminated components, or any section not specifically intended for trimming. Once shortened, the collar cannot be returned to its original length.

Charging Instructions

1. Connect the included Micro-USB cable to the collar’s charging port.
2. Connect the other end to a compatible USB power source.
3. Allow the collar to charge fully before use.
4. Disconnect the cable and securely close the charging-port cover, if included.
5. Never charge the collar while it is wet or while your dog is wearing it.
